Job Description
We are seeking an SAP Data & Analytics Consultant to support a large-scale ERP modernization initiative within a highly regulated federal environment. This role focuses on delivering data-driven solutions by designing, developing, and maintaining analytics and reporting capabilities within an SAP S/4HANA landscape.
The consultant will play a key role in transforming enterprise data into actionable insights using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), embedded analytics, and data integration tools to support planning, reporting, and operational decision-making.
This is a 75% remote position with approximately 25% quarterly travel to the Washington, DC metro area.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance .

Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytics and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including dashboards, stories, and predictive models
- Build and maintain data models and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support financial, operational, and business reporting
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards and real-time reporting solutions
- Support planning and budgeting processes by configuring SAC planning models and integrating with SAP S/4HANA
- Execute data integration and transformation activities using ETL tools (e.g., SAP Data Services or similar)
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and migration efforts as part of broader system transformation initiatives
- Maintain documentation of data models, transformation logic, and reporting structures to support audit and compliance requirements
- Participate in Agile project delivery, supporting sprint planning, task execution, and timeline adherence
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency across analytics platforms
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required with an Active Secret Clearance or higher
- 3-7 years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP BW/4HANA
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development
- Experience with ETL and data integration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Syniti, or similar)
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and core business processes (e.g., finance, procurement)
- Experience supporting data migration or transformation initiatives within SAP environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in a federal or highly regulated environment preferred
- Familiarity with data compliance and reporting standards is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Job Requirements
- W2 Hourly rate starts at $70.54. Pay rates are based on experience and qualifications, and are subject to change at any time.
