Job Requirements
Fearless is excited to launch our internship program in partnership with the Maryland Lighthouse AI Initiative. This program provides college students, recent graduates, and career changers with real-world experience in the government technology industry. Over the summer, interns gain hands-on technical skills alongside a broad set of professional skills - including interviewing, resume building, and networking - to support job readiness and long-term career growth.
As an Agentic AI & Back-Office Automation Intern, you will help design and deploy AI-powered workflows that streamline how Fearless runs its business behind the scenes. From automating grant reporting to connecting our CRM and opportunity pipeline tools, you'll build systems that save the team hours every week and make it easier for non-technical staff to do their best work. This is a hands-on, build-focused role at the intersection of agentic AI, low-code automation, and operations. You'll work directly with production-grade LLM APIs, integrate multiple business systems, and leave behind documentation that makes your work sustainable long after the internship ends.
