Project Management / Integration Support Specialist


Location: Dayton, OH


Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position necessitates an active U.S. Government Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.

As a Project Management / Integration Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Program Manager (PM) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) by maintaining all contract-related documentation and playing a key role in the contract lifecycle.

Who You Are and What You Need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field required

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, providing support to Project Managers or CORs within a government contracting environment

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus

  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition principles and the contract lifecycle. Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is highly desirable

  • Detail oriented and proactive

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and as part of a collaborative team




What You Will Do:


  • Maintain and organize all contract-related documentation, including funding documents, invoicing records, Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).

  • Track and monitor contract modifications, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports and invoicing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

  • Support the PM and COR in all phases of the contract lifecycle, from pre-award to closeout.

  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with the PWS and all contract deliverables.

  • Serve as a liaison between the PMO and the contractor, facilitating clear and effective communication.

  • Maintain and update the master personnel roster for all contract and government staff.

  • Assist the PM with various administrative tasks and special projects (taskers) as required.

  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of the PM.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.

  • Assist USG Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) focal point in consolidation/tracking of due, overdue, and in-progress reports in a timely capacity.

  • Prepare & deliver on-demand, comprehensive briefings to senior leadership (645 AESG CC/DD) regarding the operational status and health of the A&AS portfolio.

  • Analyze historical A&AS execution data and expenditure trends to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Evaluate and present emerging A&AS requirements, including contract modifications for executive review and approval.
