Naval Product Support Integrator
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical depth with big-picture program integration to make an impact on Navy fleet modernization? You understand the complexity of the maritime warfare environment and how to align technical activities to deliver mission-ready capability. Your ability to translate operational needs into coordinated engineering and installation actions makes you an essential part of ensuring successful system delivery to the Fleet.
As the Product Support Integrator on our team, you will help shape the design, production, installation, and sustainment of shipboard Over-the-Horizon Targeting and Long-Range Fires systems, tactical edge nodes, and related components in support of the Navy's mission. Your expertise will be critical as you synchronize warfare center engineering activities, validate interface and technical standards, and coordinate shipboard installation planning, logistics, and test and checkout. You'll expand your skills across MBSE, digital engineering, and Navy systems integration while working with NAVSEA, NAVWAR, NAVAIR, program offices, and installation teams. Grow your impact by merging your systems-engineering experience with enterprise-level coordination to help turn complex requirements into real-world fleet capability.
The Product Support Integrator provides direct, program-level integration support. This role ensures the Navy's System Command's and warfare center activities align with the program's design, production, installation, and sustainment of shipboard Over-the-Horizon Targeting (OTH-T) and Long-Range Fires (LRF) systems, tactical edge nodes, and related system components. The PSI synchronizes shipboard installation planning, technical standards, interface requirements, logistics, and test and checkout activities across warfare centers, program offices, and installation teams.
