Koniag Data Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a Secret Security clearance to support KDS and our government customer at Ft. McNair, DC. The position is onsite with possibly hybrid availability.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the Information Management Office (IMO) to facilitate support to all personnel by tracking support requests, initiating Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) tickets as needed, and supporting the IMO in ensuring that requested support is provided in a timely manner.
- Support timely resolution and escalation of issues coordinating with applicable POCs, initiating service tickets, coordinating with stakeholders, and local NECs to facilitate resolution of issues.
- Support service desk management by monitoring and managing communication channels to ensure prompt identification and response to end users' issues.
- Coordinate with IMO to manage the IT mailbox, track IT taskers, and contribute to the development of the CIO presentations and IT monthly report by using metrics from IT support.
- Support collection and compilation of IT related metrics and development of reports.
- Support the OCIO/IMO in collecting data and responding to taskers and RFIs.
- Maintain a knowledge base and self-help tools to support end user self-help and education.
- Support establishment and maintenance of effective IT/SM capabilities, processes, and procedures to ensure availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure across the Enterprise.
- Develop SOPs for IT/SM in both NIPR and SIPR domains
- Support development of IT policy, continuous process improvement, and process automation.
- Broad support to IT/SM to sync with other Network Enterprise Centers (NECs) and other administrative support services such as human resources, security, and facilities/property management to ensure the efficient functioning of the workforce
- Support CMH OCIO/IMO in coordination with property management and security as applicable.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Possess at least three years of documented proven experience in Business Systems management, Administrative Asst, and/ or Facility Staff Support.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in analyzing complex systems, identifying pain points, and proposing effective solutions.
- Skilled in eliciting and documenting requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, communication and documentation skills.
- Must be a team player and willing to work "outside the box" to get things done as needed.
- Experience working in an IT Service Desk environment helpful but not necessary.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree desirable but not necessary

- Active Secret Security Clearance
