Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Program Manager to support Dept of the Navy at the Pentagon. As the Program Manager, you will oversee a team providing IT-related support services to our Dept of the Navy customer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall contract/task order execution, communication with the Government, and resolution of issues.
• Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the purpose of communicating issues, concerns, or problems arising during the task order performance.
• Respond to IT questions, concerns, and comments, and be proactive in promptly alerting the Government to potential contractual and programmatic issues.
• Attend meetings and provide the client Program Manager and client designees with briefing information in the form of presentations, papers and/or analyses as directed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience within the Federal IT sector
• Must have an active Secret clearance
• Hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience developing and managing Program Management Plan, Administrative Management Plan, Status Reports and Configuration Management Plans, Risk Management and Help Desk services.
