Aircraft Maintenance Technician Level C - Edwards AFB, CA
[About the Role]
Join Indotronix as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician Level C and play a critical role supporting T-7 aircraft operations at Edwards Air Force Base. This second-shift position (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) offers a dynamic, hands-on environment where your expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and compliance will directly impact mission success. [Responsibilities]
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair T-7 aircraft systems, including communication, navigation, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical components
- Utilize technical orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals to diagnose faults down to the component level
- Operate ground support equipment and perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and program requirements
- Remove aircraft panels (excluding those requiring special authorization) to conduct thorough inspections and repairs
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, hazardous material, and tool control standards
- Accurately complete maintenance documentation in both manual and electronic formats per USAF and company guidelines
- Lead, train, and mentor junior maintenance personnel, providing technical guidance and support
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and government representatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational requirements
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Minimum 5-7 years' aircraft maintenance experience, with proven troubleshooting and component-level repair expertise
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in aircraft maintenance settings
- Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical systems, electronics, schematics, and circuit analysis
- Deep understanding of aviation maintenance compliance, regulatory standards, and quality management systems
- Skilled in working rotating shifts, overtime, and adapting to changing operational demands
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in fast-paced maintenance environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in challenging physical settings (confined spaces, heights, noisy or extreme temperatures)
- U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret Security Clearance (required to start)

- Experience with Development and Flight Test Programs
- Familiarity with DoD maintenance systems (AFTO 781, IMDS)
- Knowledge of USAF maintenance procedures and directives
