Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to support a federal partner focused on modernizing healthcare claims processing systems. This position requires residency local to the Baltimore/Northern VA area.
The Senior Integration Developer will support a small, fast - moving Agile team responsible for designing and delivering cloud - native integration pipelines using AWS services. This role focuses on Python - based development and real - time data integration to support a next - generation claims processing platform.
Responsibilities of the Senior Integration Developer include:
· Design and develop Python - based integration services in AWS to support near real - time data processing
· Build and configure AWS Glue jobs, S3 data stores, and relational databases to support integration workflows
· Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions and PySpark jobs for scalable data transformation
· Implement system - to - system integrations, interfaces, and data pipelines across cloud services
· Perform SQL - based data seeding, mapping, validation, and troubleshooting
· Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts in a Scrum Agile environment
· Document integration patterns and contribute to reusable best practices across the program
Qualifications for the Senior Integration Developer include:
· Bachelor's degree
· 8+ years of hands - on experience developing with Python, SQL, and/or Node.js
· Hands - on experience with AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, and relational databases
· Experience implementing system integrations and interface solutions
· Experience with PySpark and cloud - native data pipelines
· Ability to obtain a CMS Public Trust (T4) clearance and resided in the U.S. at least 3 of the last 5 years
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non - technical stakeholders
Compensation for the Senior Integration Developer includes:
