Job Description

Radiance Technologies is seeking a highly qualified Division Manager to lead its Army Transformation Division in support of a U.S. Army acquisition product office located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team providing Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support across acquisition, modernization, rapid prototyping, logistics, cybersecurity, security management, and program operations. As the Army continues to prioritize modernization, agile acquisition strategies, and rapid capability fielding, the Division Manager will play a critical role in advancing innovative solutions that accelerate prototype development, integrate Soldier feedback, and transition emerging technologies into production and operational deployment. The successful candidate will lead a diverse workforce while maintaining strong customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality support aligned with mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Division Leadership & Workforce Management
  • Lead, coordinate, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary workforce consisting of engineers, logisticians, cybersecurity specialists, security managers, acquisition professionals, and business support personnel.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct supervisory and administrative management functions, including employee timecard oversight and approval.
  • Develop and implement employee career development plans and individualized growth strategies.
  • Perform annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employee-owners.
  • Implement corrective action plans and personal improvement plans when necessary in coordination with Human Resources.
  • Support recruiting and staffing initiatives by anticipating customer requirements and proactively developing speculative job postings to rapidly fill emerging vacancies.
  • Ensure workforce readiness and alignment with evolving customer mission requirements.


Customer Engagement & Program Execution
  • Interface with Radiance leadership and government stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and mission support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government leadership and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced mission support.
  • Support Program Managers in developing and communicating Monthly Status Reports and other program execution metrics.
  • Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure timely, accurate, and mission-focused deliverables.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and support continuous process improvement initiatives across the division.


Direct Customer Support
  • Provide support to government leadership regarding modernization initiatives, rapid acquisition processes, and organizational transformation efforts.
  • Support capability development activities involving prototyping, testing, integration, logistics planning, and fielding strategies.
  • Assist government customers with acquisition planning, requirements development, program execution, and transition-to-production activities.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between government, industry, and operational stakeholders to accelerate capability delivery to Soldiers.


Required Skills:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary technical and business teams in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior government personnel and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, personnel actions, and customer requirements simultaneously.


Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Department of Defense programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing technical and/or support personnel.
  • Experience supporting Army modernization initiatives, acquisition reform efforts, rapid prototyping, or capability fielding programs.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle management, program management processes, and SETA support operations.
  • Experience operating in classified environments and supporting sensitive government programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead organizational growth and customer expansion initiatives.


Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting PEOs/CPEs, PM Offices, or modernization-focused acquisition organizations.
  • Knowledge of rapid acquisition authorities, Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA), and agile development methodologies.
  • Prior military service or experience working directly with operational units.
  • Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed or matrixed teams.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, logistics integration, systems engineering, and acquisition program support functions.
