Job Description
TITLE: Software Engineer with ACTIVE Secret clearance (US Citizenship REQUIRED)
RATE RANGE: $70/hr - $100/hr W2 (no health benefits/ no paid PTO while on contract-an hour worked is an hour paid)
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX 76101 (no relocation package)
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Secret Security clearance
DURATION: 12+ month contract or contract to hire

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Migration of a software development network to an AWS Govcloud based system
Pipeline set up as well as development environment set up
Daily collaboration and communication
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Must have Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or other Engineering/Science related discipline (STEM)
BS+16 YRS or MS+14 YRS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or other Engineering/Science related discipline
3+ years of AWS Gov Cloud experience
3+ years of Gitlab experience (including pipeline and yaml)
Minimum 5 years of experience of C++ and Python
Linux-based software development experience.
Nexus expert
Artifactory expert
Jira expert
C++ 11 and Python proficiency
Experience in object oriented software development
DESIRED SKILLS :
Cmake experience
Experienced practitioner with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with daily collaborative environment including occasional pair programming
Fluent in company development processes as a practitioner
Fluent in Agile product development concepts
Proficient in the development of software estimates
Comfortable with offering improvement ideas to foster culture of feedback and continuous improvement
Ada proficiency (software testing)
Gitlab pipeline troubleshooting
Ada experience
Greenhills compiler for ADA
AUnit for ADA unit testing
Gnatmake
Vectorcast experience
CppUnit experience
Gcov/Gcovr experience
