Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring a Senior Support Integration Specialist to join the V-22 Technical Integration team based out of Ridley Park, PA.

The successful candidate will manage, monitor, and integrate product support activities to ensure sustainment requirements are met for the V-22 Japan Program. Integrating within product support could include but is not limited to, provisioning, technical publications, supply support, ground support equipment, service engineering, facilities, and training.

The role will entail interfacing with a complex network of internal and external stakeholders to include engineering, customers, suppliers, partners (Bell), program managers, contracts representatives, business development, etc. to drive successful execution of program/project work scope. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
  • This role may require International Business Travel (~5-10%)
  • Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements
  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
  • Support Customer fact finding, contract negotiations
  • Monitors execution of support programs
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact
  • Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
  • Manages Risks, Issues and Opportunity development and resolution
  • Supports baseline management for program support products
  • Brief customers and leadership on all technical aspects of the program
  • Domestic and/or international travel as required to support program execution
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • This role may require flexibility to support virtual meetings that consider the time zone and availability of International Customers and/or Stakeholder


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of Proposal development experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • 5+ years experience using Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and processes and methods
  • 5+ years experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings
  • 3+ years of integrated logistics support or product support


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years experience with the V-22 Program
  • 3+ years experience with aircraft logistics and/or aircraft maintenance
  • 1+ years experience with Earned Valuable Management (EVM)
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations

Pay range for Senior -level: $126,650 - $171,350
