Position Overview:
The Senior Manager of this ADP Program is a key leadership role reporting directly to the ADP Skunk Works Security Director. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management, with expertise in overseeing complex security programs and personnel.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily supervision and leadership to a security staff, including 3 or more Managers at multiple Aeronautics sites.
Oversee Managers responsible for SAP/SAR/SCI Programs Security and ensuring the program is achieving program milestones and achieving results along with maintaining compliance.
Ensure consistent implementation of compliant and cost-effective security solutions, evaluating and recommending effective security prevention measures to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all Program contractual requirements related to security.
Manage deployment of adequate personnel and resources to support contractual security requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a robust security posture and address evolving security challenges.
Applicant selected will undergo a government Security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including Special Program accesses.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college in a relevant field of study; or equivalent experience
10 years experience
Experience in leadership, along with working in Special Access program environments.
Experience in one or more of the following:
Strategic planning
Stakeholder engagement
Risk Management
Program Security
Security Management
Investigation
Physical Security
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with special access programs. Ability to reach consensus among competing ideas and backgrounds and to find common ground to move initiatives forward in a timely manner.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to keep senior leadership informed of all Security related activities.
Must be able to build effective team and customer relationships through open and effective communications. Must have the ability to proactively shape horizontal thinking and processes.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $118,400 - $208,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
