Position Summary
Odyssey is recruiting for an Enterprise Architect, Sr. to join the team. The technical expert filling this position will be a trusted advisor and consultant to the government that support the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex-Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and CCIC2S Enterprise Networks within the Strategic Warning and Surveillance Systems Acquisition Delta.
As the Enterprise Architect, Sr., you will develop conceptual technical solutions that satisfy program requirements and align with the strategic roadmap. Assess existing systems and their existing requirements and designs. Identify system problems and provide solutions to address them. Provide technical guidance to the overall scope, approach and oversee the implementation of system upgrades Provide input to the strategic road-map for the incremental implementation of capabilities to achieve the customer's near-term and future goals to ensure the enterprise is expandable to meet future requirements and threats. This position will support multiple projects and programs from NCMC-ITW/AA sustainment and the execution of existing programs and projects.
T he NCMC-ITW/AA effort sustains unique ITW/AA Cheyenne Mountain systems, networks, and associated components through an enterprise-wide set of integrated mission capabilities, support services, and data products that provide military authorities with an accurate, timely, unambiguous and continuous warning and attack assessment of air, missile and space threats. The CCIC2S effort sustains the CCIC2S Enterprise and provides data communications between external sensors and end users, mission processing for air and missile warning, and system operations functions. The CCIC2S-EN provides a data communications architecture supporting the CCIC2S Enterprise and includes Information Assurance (IA) boundary protection for all TCP/IP communications interfaces.
This is a full-time position at Peterson SFB in Colorado Springs, CO with telework flexibility for local candidates - subject to change per the customer's discretio n.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Determining the gaps between the current and the target architecture and recommending plans for transitioning to target architecture
- Recommending the policies and principles to guide technology decisions for the enterprise architecture
- Identifying opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to support business processes and utilize emerging technologies
- Promoting and educating customers and stakeholders on the use and value of the enterprise architecture
- Providing enterprise architecture guidance, support, and coordination to customers and IT project teams
- Provide technical guidance to program processes, development methods and technical solutions to align with the strategic roadmap.
- Ensuring technical integration is achieved across the enterprise by participating in planning, validation, and reviews.
- Evaluating the impact of enterprise architecture products and services on IT investments, business operations, stakeholder satisfaction, and other outcomes
- Coordinating and conducting governance and portfolio management activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise architecture; and/or ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices to all components of the enterprise architecture
- Supporting implementation and execution of Agile software development in concert with Government and Prime contractors
Qualifications

- DoD Acquisition Program Office experience
- Familiarity DoD standards, DoDI 5000.88 and DoD Systems Engineering Guidebook
- Missile Warning, Missile Defense and / or Space Domain Awareness or Command and Control Systems
- DoDAF Architectural documentation experience (Highly Preferred)
- Cloud-based technologies
- Mission and / or software applications and their uses
- Digital Engineering/Model Based Systems Engineering
- Sparx EA (including ProCloud Server) or Cameo Enterprise Architect
- Modeling and simulation on Software intensive systems
- Tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, AFSIM
- Preferable to Space Systems Command or similar systems
