Role: Business Analyst/Tester
Location: 5 days onsite in DC
Duration: Contract Long Term (could be contract to hire)
Citizenship: USC with Active Top Secret Clearance
Rate: $ 40 an hour (some flex but this is a very junior role so not much)

Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst / Tester . This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support application testing, and assist with Agile development processes. This is an on-site role requiring an active Top Secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify functional requirements and develop user stories
Perform manual testing to validate developed features and ensure application quality
Participate in internal design and planning sessions
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end users
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials
Support Scrum Master and team members in Agile activities as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance (required at start)
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of Business Requirements Analysis
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAFe framework
Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools
Exposure to manual testing and QA processes
