Linux System Administrator (RDT&E)
We are seeking a Linux System Administrator to support a mission-critical US Government RDT&E network. In this role, you will maintain a development environment for advanced waveform networks, working both independently and collaboratively within a high-stakes engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
System Admin: Manage RHEL 9+ environments, including Network Attached Storage (NAS).
Automation & CM: Streamline operations using Python scripting, Ansible, and Kickstart.
Containers & Virtualization: Deploy and manage environments using Podman, KVM, and various containerized packets.
Security & Compliance: Perform vulnerability mitigation via ACAS scans and apply DISA STIGs.
Specialized Support: Install and maintain CUDA drivers, Protobuf, and Zmq; support users on Gnuradio and Matlab.
Qualifications
Clearance: Active Secret security clearance.
Experience: 3+ years in Linux Systems and containerization environments.
Compliance (IAT Level II):
Core: Security+ CE (or GSEC, SCNP, SSCP).
OS/Technical: RHCSA (Preferred), RHCE, Linux+, LPIC-2, or LPIC-3.
