Product Designer - Security / Identity Access Management Domain

Job Title: Product Designer
Location: Fully Remote in Canada
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Range: $60-$80/hr CAD

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional who ideally understands the Security and/or Identity Access Management (IAM) domain to support upcoming initiatives in this space.
Requiring Secret Clearance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience within Security, Cybersecurity, or Identity & Access Management domains.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design processes and outcomes.
• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Proficiency in creating user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience conducting user research and analyzing market trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in planning and conducting usability testing sessions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, identify user needs, and analyze market trends to develop user-centered solutions that align with both business and customer objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and design intuitive digital experiences.
• Ensure consistency across design systems, visual identity, and user interactions.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user feedback and insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of digital experiences.
