You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality manufacturing, assembly, testing, and coating operations across multiple functional areas.

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a cross-trained crew to execute day-to-day manufacturing tasks safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous supervisory or lead-role experience overseeing multi-skill teams.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Security:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance; current clearance preferred.
Desired Skills:
Must be able to read engineering drawings,
blueprints and interpret/translate instructions to
mechanics / technicians.
Must be able to work in fast-paced, flexible
environment.
Must have good conflict-resolution skills and the
ability to build respectful working relationships.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a cross-trained crew to execute day-to-day manufacturing tasks safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing day-to-day leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality compliance across machining, assembly, tool-and-die, and packaging functions.
- Managing recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions for subordinate employees.
- Coordinating multi-functional manufacturing activities, including machining, assembly, testing, and coating processes.
- Driving process improvements and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
