In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience.
GS-12:

GS-11:
Successful completion of a Ph.D.
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.

- You will control and manage the lifecycle of IT service changes, ensuring beneficial transitions with minimal disruption.
- You will assist in maintaining all four phases of IT portfolio Management (Analyze, Select, Control, Evaluate), promoting standardization across the enterprise.
- You will review and adhere to relevant federal, DoD, and DON directives governing IT Portfolio Management.
- You will Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with NAVIFOR Portfolio Managers, participating in routine liaison and Drumbeat teleconferences.
- You will maintain a collaborative working relationship with the command Accountable Property Officer to facilitate proper General Equipment (GE) management for assigned assets.
- You will track order statuses and proactively communicate updates to the Chain of Command and end users.
- You will evaluate requests for Navy Enterprise Services within established authority and budgetary limits, recommending the optimal course of action.
