Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience editing on Non-linear editing systems.
- Experience cataloging video digital assets for seamless accessibility.
- Experience applying knowledge of audiovisual digital broadcast equipment & systems packing, storage and inventory.
- Experience operating and maintain Media Servers.
- Experience adding metadata.
- Experience running camera or audio in a studio or location environment.

- You will independently plan and carry out work, interpret regulations and determine the technical approach to be taken.
- You will operate as a member of a specialty team, provides concurrent services in one or more of the areas specified below to visual information projects that are primarily completed by the Media Production Department.
- You will work with Client, Producers, Editors, Project Officers and Subject Matter Experts to deliver accurate visually appealing messages and complete within resource limitations.
- You will be responsible for acquiring, cataloguing, managing, and protecting an organization's proprietary digital assets.
