Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Applying program management, leadership and development skill, as well as delivering products/services2) Planning and programming infrastructure life-cycle management projects for an installation 3) Applying knowledge of facility engineering, infrastructure classification, construction delivery methods, and contract types to develop cost and schedule estimates4) Understanding customer mission needs and translating facilities engineering requirements into products and services

- You will manage workload, monitor performance and productivity, and prioritize resources of a facilities lifecycle program.
- You will provide portfolio strategic management, aligning and translating the organizational strategies of the supported command and NAVFAC into near-term and far-term infrastructure plans.
- You will use formal decision-making processes and work through official governance structure to plan and program infrastructure requirements.
- You will develop and maintain multi-year plans for facility projects such as Military Construction and Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization projects.
