This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: 1) Installing, modifying, and repairing new and existing supply and disposal systems within facility infrastructure; 2) Making repairs to toilets, urinals, and sinks as needed, clearing blockages as needed through-out the PNSY arena; 3) Interpreting building plans, blueprints, and sketches to lay out the routing; 4) Testing and adjusting systems and equipment for proper operation, flow, drainage, and sanitary conditions; and 5) Installing and repairing HVAC chilled water and hot water lines.

May be required to serve as an on-call duty mechanic on a rotational basis. An on-call duty mechanic is required to carry a duty cell phone and duty pager and must remain available to respond on site to after-hour emergencies within two hours.

- You will perform plumbing tasks including the installation, modification, and repair of new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems, such as, sewage, water, and gas distribution systems.
- You will install, modify, and repair systems by locating and tapping mainlines, cutting route opening, placing hangers, and determining and installing valves, traps, and unions needed.
- You will locate leaks or obstructions and repairs or clears them.
- You will lay-out, fabricate and install piping systems in relation to walls, passageways, obstructions, location of machinery and other considerations.
