Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support Kadiak and our government customer.
This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. The position is remote.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex Health IT and EHR deployment initiatives in highly matrixed, client-facing, and multi-vendor environments. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, can establish structure where little exists, and drives programs from concept through execution with strong ownership and accountability.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in full lifecycle EHR implementation planning, scalable program governance, stakeholder alignment, and complex project schedule management. They must be capable of influencing executive leadership, navigating low project management maturity client environments, and proactively mitigating delivery risks while maintaining momentum across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional Health IT and EHR deployment programs from initiation through completion.
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end project plans and execution frameworks for programs with ambiguous scope and evolving ownership structures.
- Align cross-functional leadership teams on priorities, goals, timelines, and execution strategy.
- Build and maintain complex integrated project schedules in MS Project.
- Establish repeatable and scalable governance models, execution processes, reporting structures, and program management standards.
- Conduct detailed risk analysis across complex project plans and proactively mitigate delivery risks and bottlenecks.
- Drive execution in low process maturity client environments while influencing decision-making across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across internal teams, client leadership, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
- Translate broad program requirements and operational challenges into actionable workstreams and measurable execution plans.
- Analyze data, identify root causes, and connect cross-functional dependencies to drive informed decision-making.
- Proactively anticipate issues and take initiative to solve problems before they impact program delivery.
- Deliver concise, executive-level communications that synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations and impact-driven outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years of program or project management experience within Health IT, healthcare technology, or EHR deployment environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale, complex, cross-functional implementations.
- Proven expertise developing and managing large integrated project schedules using MS Project.
- Strong experience operating in highly matrixed, client-facing, and multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Experience working within ambiguous program structures and creating clarity through structured execution planning.
- Proven ability to influence leadership and drive alignment across organizations with varying levels of project management maturity.
- Strong risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at executive and operational levels.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership mentality with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to independently prioritize, execute, and drive results with minimal oversight.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Ability to Travel

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise EHR implementations (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Meditech, or similar platforms).
- Experience building PMO governance structures or transformation offices.
- Consulting background supporting healthcare system transformations.
