Mission Guard with Top-Secret Clearance

Join IDS International's Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments.
IDS International is seeking qualified Mission Guards to support security operations within a high-security U.S. Embassy environment in Moscow, Russia. This position supports protective security operations through access control, screening procedures, patrol operations, and monitoring activities in accordance with established Embassy security procedures.
This role operates in a structured overseas environment with elevated counterintelligence awareness requirements and requires strict adherence to operational and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff static security posts throughout the Embassy compound
• Conduct access control and screening procedures
• Perform vehicular inspections
• Conduct fixed and roving patrol operations
• Operate screening and monitoring equipment, including:
  • Metal detectors
  • X-ray machines
  • Electronic barriers
  • Monitoring devices
• Complete written operational and administrative logs
• Maintain compliance with security procedures and reporting requirements
• Assist in maintaining a secure operational environment

Required Qualifications
Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance required
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
U.S. License : Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record within the past three (3) years
Education : High school diploma or GED equivalent
Required Experience:

• Minimum two (2) years of military, law enforcement, or commercial security experience
• Experience conducting access control and screening procedures
• Ability to perform duties at fixed posts and during roving patrols
• Strong written communication and reporting skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-security environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods
• Ability to work extended shifts in a secure operational environment
• Ability to lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight as required

Work Schedule & Conditions
Standard Schedule: 12-hour shifts; 60+ hours per week based on operational requirements
Overtime : Opportunities for overtime may be available based on staffing and operational needs
Flexibility Requirements : Schedule and shift assignments are based on U.S. Embassy and RSO operational requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Moscow Rate: $ 51.45 per hour
• Housing provided
• Three (3) paid 14-day R&R periods during initial deployment commitment
• Quarterly bonuses
