Job Description

Calibration and Oxygen Cleaning Manager
Location: Pearl City, HI
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position is contingent upon contract award.

Position Overview

The Calibration and Oxygen Cleaning Program Management Support supports calibration, oxygen-cleaning, and cleanliness control requirements for support equipment at in Pearl City, Hawaii. This role is responsible for supporting certification and technical compliance within various related boundaries; maintaining calibration and oxygen-cleaning program requirements; supporting clean room operations; preparing certification documentation; maintaining records and electronic tracking systems; and helping ensure equipment is properly calibrated, cleaned, documented, and ready to support mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support cleaning, calibration, and maintenance activities for assigned systems and equipment
Assist with verifying, tracking, and documenting technical, quality, and certification requirements
Research technical manuals, specifications, standards, and maintenance requirements as needed
Identify material, equipment, and supply needs to support calibration and cleaning activities
Assist with quality assurance controls, documentation, and compliance requirements
Maintain clean work areas, equipment, and controlled environments in accordance with applicable standards
Perform and support planned and corrective calibration activities
Prepare, organize, and maintain certification records and supporting documentation
Support cleanliness requirements for new and existing equipment
Maintain electronic records for indexing, filing, and tracking completed calibration and cleaning work
Provide support for on-site and off-site calibration and cleaning requirements
Assist with in-process work controls during maintenance, calibration, and cleaning activities
Coordinate with internal departments, external support providers, and applicable stakeholders as needed
Support training of personnel on cleaning, calibration, and certification processes
Participate in meetings and provide status updates on assigned work activities
Operate assigned vehicles and equipment as required to support job duties


Minimum Requirements.
Applicants must meet all minimum qualifications listed for this position to be considered. These requirements are established by the Government and are mandatory for contract performance. Candidates who do not meet every minimum requirement will not be eligible for consideration for this position

Minimum of 10 years of experience with FMP management practices and a thorough knowledge of automated modernization information systems applicable to K, KP, and D SHIPALTS and SHIPALT contractor and installation activities.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with submarine maintenance, IMA, or submarine repair.
Minimum of 10 years of experience interpreting and implementing a broad range of management policies in automated modernization management systems.
Minimum of 12 months of experience working in a class 100,000 cleanroom in accordance with MIL-STD-1330.
High School Diploma or equivalent plus 12 years of related experience.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Prior military experience preferred.

Work Environment / Additional Conditions

Work is performed primarily in Pearl City, HI, within Government facilities supporting program requirements.
The role supports clean room, calibration, oxygen-cleaning, maintenance, and certification activities for undersea and support systems.
The position requires work in and around calibration labs and controlled clean-room environments, including maintaining oxygen and compressed air cleanliness standards.
The role may require fly-away support during deployments.
Participation in recurring status meetings is required.
The position requires operation of Government vehicles, classes 1-5 forklifts, and class 7 forklifts, as applicable to assigned duties.
Contractor personnel must maintain required security standards for access to Government facilities, systems, and information.
