Job Description
Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in Combat Systems Engineer and Combat Systems Architect roles. You will design, implement and maintain combat systems architectures in a model-based system engineering environment, and perform the full scope of systems engineering tasks, and provide internal and external technical leadership in defining, architecting and driving implementation of IAMD, AC2S and/or CUAS solutions to support Department of War and/or other government agencies’ operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Combat Systems Solution Architect – define, develop, implement, and maintain solutions to government challenges and/or requirements in the areas of integrated air missile defense, aviation command and control, and/or counter unmanned air systems.
• Advanced Technologies Integrator - evaluate new technologies and conduct analyses/assessment to determine the level of maturity for application in solutions to customer requirements.
• Develop organizational, program, and project strategies/plans, quality metrics, and technical performance measures, and track and report performance.
• Collaborate across technical disciplines such as software design, infrastructure, networking, communications systems, and project management to ensure project goals are met.
• Support the Program Manager in managing and directing the development, integration, validation, installation, and delivery of technical products and/or material solutions.
• Work with Program Manager and customer representatives to define development strategies, product requirements, and establish a proposed product baseline.
• Support a diverse team of operational and technical personnel, ensuring alignment with project timelines, goals, and requirements.
• Interface with senior clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, set goals, and monitor progress.

• Strong knowledge and extensive experience architecting solutions that integrate sensor systems, aviation command and air control systems, tactical data link systems, communication systems, and various ISR elements deployed on secure computing environments on both cloud and bare metal implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels, including GS-15/COL and GO/FO/SES level government customers.
• US Citizen.
• Secret clearance and ability to gain a Top Secret clearance.
