Title: SCI Special Security Technician (SST) Lead/Supervisor (Security Operations)

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated SCI Special Security Technician Lead/Supervisor to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while serving as the Lead Special Security Technician and Contractor Supervisor, providing full-spectrum Special Security Office (SSO) support for the COMPACFLT SCI Special Security Program. This position manages and directs the contractor security team while ensuring rigorous protection of classified information, facilities, and personnel. This position is contingent upon the award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $175,000 -$195,000

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Core Duties:

• Manage and direct the contractor security team in providing full-spectrum support of the COMPACFLT SCI special security program, including planning, organizing, and overseeing all administrative, personnel, physical, and information security functions
• Draft, review, and update security policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and emergency plans; deliver updated documents within 15 business days of triggering changes
• Manage full-spectrum access control for all COMPACFLT-managed SCIFs, including secure mass ingress/egress during peak traffic periods and emergency evacuations
• Conduct daily security walk-throughs and random, unannounced entry/exit inspections; deliver consolidated findings reports to the Government SSO weekly
• Oversee the SCI Personnel Security (PERSEC) program; conduct and/or oversee SCI indoctrinations and debriefings
• Assist with integrating foreign partners into COMPACFLT staff by implementing security procedures that facilitate mission accomplishment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for special security-related customer service
• Maintain all COMPACFLT SCI Special Security files, SCIF binders, and documentation with 98% accuracy

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of specialized security experience in SCIF/SAPF environments
• In-depth knowledge of ICD-704, ICD-705, DoD, DoN, and IC security directives
• Proficiency with DISS, Scattered Castles, and the Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have an active/adjudicated Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
