Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Plans, organized, and performs work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program; 2) Receives a variety of assignments usually related to Public Private Venture (PPV) Housing referral, occupancy, maintenance, and termination activities. 3) Monitors the assignment of residents to available quarters, schedules and conducts inspections. 4) Conducts joint tenant-management inspections of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, equipment, and facilities. - You will determine the adequacy of building services, furnishings, fixtures and schedule improvements.
- You will evaluate family housing program practices to recommend future program improvements.
- You will maintain automated database for statistical and historical information relating to family housing occupancy, utilization, and maintenance.
- You will discuss resident concerns to identify and resolve housing issues or problems.
- You will investigate housing facilities to resolve complex occupant concerns and complaints.
- You will create written documents to outline recommendations for modifications or alterations.
