Currently, Recro is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Jr. Full Stack Developer join our team in San Antinio, TX.

Overview/Responsibilities:
- Capable of designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications. This role involves working on server-side logic, database management, integrating third-party services, and creating seamless and efficient user interfaces.
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Implement and manage server-side logic using programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services for seamless integration with front-end components.
- Manage and optimize database systems, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Accumulo, and Hadoop.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Utilize React or other front-end frameworks for developing user interfaces.
- Implement containerization using Docker and manage deployments on Linux (RHEL) systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both front-end and back-end development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development and apply them to improve existing processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure long-term maintainability and flexibility.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD processes and automate deployment pipelines.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- IAT Level II Certification (for example, CompTIA Security+)
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js.
- Experience with database management systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Accumulo, and Hadoop.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with Elasticsearch for search functionalities.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in web development.
- Proficiency in containerization using Docker and management of Linux (RHEL) systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for full-stack development.
- Familiarity with additional container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
