Job Description
Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to support U.S. Navy programs by managing documentation and coordination activities associated with the pre-Technical Interoperability Standards Group (preTISG) workflow. The salary range for this position is $80,000k - $90,000k annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and track preTISG submissions, ensuring documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Navy standards.
- Maintain and administer SharePoint sites, including document libraries, permissions, workflows, and version control.
- Prepare, edit, and format Navy-standard documents, briefs, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Coordinate meetings, working groups, and technical discussions, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
- Monitor workflow milestones and provide status updates to program leadership.
- Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and classified materials in accordance with Navy and DoD security policies.
- Support configuration management activities, maintaining accurate documentation and version histories.
- Assist with data entry, metrics tracking, and dashboard updates to support program oversight.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and program management teams to resolve documentation gaps prior to TISG submission.
Required Qualifications:
- Active SECRET clearance.
- Proficiency with SharePoint site administration, workflows, and document management.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for Navy program environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience supporting Navy, DoD, or defense-related technical or administrative workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Navy systems engineering processes, interoperability standards, or TISG documentation.
- Experience supporting IPTs, configuration management boards, or technical review boards.
- Knowledge of Navy correspondence standards and document formatting requirements.
- Experience with workflow automation or process-improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
