Job Description

FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Financial Systems Consultant, you will serve as the agency's subject matter expert on federal financial management and procurement systems - resolving complex system issues, managing enhancements with Shared Service Providers, supporting FPDS-NG and G-Invoicing reporting, and analyzing user requirements, all while ensuring CSOSA's financial systems operate accurately and efficiently.

Work Schedule and Location:

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day hands-on interaction with agency financial management, program office, and procurement staff to resolve system issues
  • Manage financial management/procurement system enhancements in concert with Federal Shared Service Providers (SSPs)
  • Analyze user requirements to revalidate existing requirements and define new requirements
  • Support Federal procurement reporting requirements including the Data Act and FPDS-NG
  • Identify and resolve complex system problems using analytical ability and ingenuity
  • Research and reconcile agency procurement data for consistency, accuracy, and completeness
  • Support knowledge and understanding of the Federal G-Invoicing system


Qualifications

Required:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in federal financial management and procurement systems
  • At least 3 of those years must include Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) experience, with at least 1 year of day-to-day hands-on interaction with agency financial/procurement staff
  • Knowledge of Federal Shared Service Providers, federal financial management and procurement systems and reporting
  • Knowledge of FPDS-NG, Data Act, and Federal G-Invoicing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
