AT&T provides professional services to the office of the Marine Corps' Assistant Deputy Commandant for Installations & Logistics (I&L), Logistics Plans, Policies and Strategic Mobility. Work includes Strategic Communications Management, Logistics Innovation & Advocacy, IT Portfolio Management, Data Management, Analytics, Program Management and other related services in order to improve and enhance the lethality of the Marine Air/Ground Task Force (MAGTF) through logistics speed, agility, and flexibility.
AT&T has an opening for a Distribution IT Portfolio Manager to support DoD and federal defense customers by managing and overseeing IT investments, projects, and initiatives across a distribution-focused portfolio in alignment with mission priorities and government policies.

- Manages the IT investments, projects, initiatives and activities that are planned and in-progress across the portfolio
What You'll Need
- Demonstrated experience performing duties within a DoD, federal, or defense‑support environment
- Ability to operate effectively in a structured, mission‑driven, and customer‑facing government setting
- Experience supporting programs with defined task orders, performance metrics, and delivery timelines
- Ability to comply with all federal government contracting, suitability, and security requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with military, civilian, and contractor personnel

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- 4+ years of experience in Distribution Related IT portfolio management
- Detailed knowledge of the DoD, DON, and USMC policy and best practices regarding information technology portfolio management.
- Prior experience supporting USMC, DoD, or other federal defense organizations
- Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structures, operational processes, or logistics/IT environments
- Experience briefing or supporting senior government or military leadership
- Understanding of federal acquisition, compliance, or operational frameworks
