Project Manager (Crime Gun Intelligence Field Support)

Position Summary:

The Project Manager oversees and coordinates contractor personnel supporting Crime Gun Intelligence operations, managing staffing, schedules, quality control, and serving as the primary liaison with government stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager ( PjM ) serves as the Supervisor for all Crime Gun Intelligence (CGI) contractor personnel working under this contract and provides program management,oversightandassistance.
• Planning and coordinating the activities of the assigned contractor employees.
• Establishing employee schedules and coordinating priorities.
• Assistingin providing replacement personnel.
• Conducting meetings as needed with the Contract PM, the COR and any other necessary government personnel to discuss project activities, schedules, workloads, potentialproblemsand their resolution.
• Assistingall other assigned contractor staff toaccomplishtheir duties in work overload situations.
• Ensuring that contractor staff has the tools and competencies necessary toaccomplishtheir duties independently.
• Ensuring sufficient Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans are in place for the CGI contractors to successfully complete their services/requirements under this contract.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or possession of an equivalent combination of formal education and professional work experience related to this position (with prior approval from ATF).
• Minimum of six years, however more than eight years of recent experiencecommensuratewith the job experience is preferred.

Desired Skills and Experience (if applicable):

• Prior experience supporting ATF, DOJ, or law enforcement agency operations.
• Familiarity with NIBIN,ballisticsidentification, or forensic support services.
