Campaign Director - Training Solutions and Systems (TS&S)

As Campaign Director, you will drive an innovative, end-to-end campaign focused on accelerating growth within the training market segment, which could include both US and Canadian opportunities. You'll craft forward-thinking strategies, identify game-changing pursuits, unite cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable gains in pipeline health and long-term expansion. This role demands a visionary leader who thrives on shaping future opportunities, inspires teams to excel in dynamic environments, creates brand and campaign awareness with customers & industry, and achieves ambitious 3- and 5-year growth targets through agile, impactful campaign actions.

In this role you will:

Strategic Vision & Market Shaping
• Develop and execute a multi year strategic plan for Serco's TS&S portfolio, aligned with emerging training technologies, customer priorities, and national defense trends.
• Lead market intelligence efforts to anticipate shifts in LVC, synthetic environments, AI enabled training, and multi domain integration.
• Identify strategic growth vectors and shape Serco's positioning within the TS&S ecosystem.

Technology Road mapping & Capability Development
• Build and maintain a technology roadmap that guides investment in future capabilities across LVC, distributed training, space/cyber integration, and digital training tools.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and digital teams to align capability development with long term strategic goals.

Ecosystem Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
• Represent Serco within key industry associations.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with primes, academia, emerging tech firms, and international collaborators to expand Serco's influence and capability footprint.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders on training modernization and multi domain readiness.

Thought Leadership & External Visibility
• Drive Serco's thought leadership agenda through white papers, conference engagements, industry panels, and TS&S forums.
• Shape Serco's narrative around training modernization, LVC integration, and future readiness.

Enterprise Alignment & Strategic Execution
• Guide internal alignment across business units to ensure investments, talent development, and capability growth support long term TS&S strategy.
• Provide strategic oversight to growth initiatives
• Advise senior leadership on strategic risks, opportunities, and competitive posture

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • An active DoD Top Secret security clearance
    • U.S Citizenship required
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in government contracting (BD/capture/program/operations leadership)
  • Proven strength in strategy development and strategy execution (not just planning)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams to outcomes
  • Strong capability in customer relationship building and senior-level stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; comfortable briefing internally and externally
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers and industry partners as required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S Passport

Additional desired experience and skills:
  • Program work in austere or remote environments (or leading teams that operate there)
  • Experience working with political constituents and navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems
  • Background in facility or equipment installation, maintenance, and modernization (planning through execution)
