Implement and enforce platform security configurations, including Access Control Lists (ACLs) and role-based access controls
Review, understand, and extend existing code/configurations to support modernization and transformation initiatives
Work in an Agile delivery environment alongside developers, analysts, and consultants to release functionality efficiently and with high quality
Balance multiple development efforts concurrently while maintaining code quality, delivery timelines, and documentation discipline
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly with the team and delivery leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Experience developing in custom and scoped applications (1+ year minimum)
Experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP (1+ year minimum)

Strong independent problem-solving ability and comfort learning existing implementations quickly
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional Agile teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Service Portal (strong added benefit)
