Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is looking to hire a Production Resiliency Quality Engineer to support our Arlington, TX site.
What You Will Be Doing
A Production Resiliency Quality Engineer applies quality principles in the areas of: design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality for make and/or buy products.
Our ideal candidate will be able to:
-Perform technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures.
-Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality related issues to ensure quality standards are in place.
-Engage in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventive action.
-Ensure corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and/or are compliant with requirements.
-Develop strategies and systems designed to improve internal and/or supplier performance and productivity.
-Evaluate quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
-Focus on tooling and test set design and acceptance.
-Manage and executes a DD250 process for formal sale to USG ensure appropriate documentation and conformance of the product.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-STEM degree in bachelors or higher.
-2+ years of professional experience
-Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
-Experience with DD250 activities for sale of product to USG
-Understanding of and familiarity to compliance and regulatory requirements including FARs/DFARs, USG contracts, and LM command media
-Experience with tooling and test equipment manufacturing and navigating those requirements
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
