Description:You will be the Agile Scrum Master 2 for the Simulation Data Management (SDM) team which is responsible for driving digital-transformation initiatives within Engineering & Technology.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Agile Scrum Master 2 you will be responsible for leading a high-performance, multi-disciplinary Scrum team, facilitating the full Scrum lifecycle, and removing impediments that span technical domains and unique SDM constraints.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the team on Agile best practices and hold the team accountable within the LM-X framework.
Maintain and organize the product backlog.
Collect and monitor team metrics to ensure successful execution.
Remove barriers and impediments that hinder progress.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

US-S CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, engineering technology or a STEM field (such as math, statistics, or physics)
• 1+ year of Scrum Master/Agile experience
• Intermediate Jira skills
• Proficiency with collaboration platforms (Confluence, Microsoft Teams) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills:
• Scrum Master certification
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong Communication skills with technical and non technical stakeholders
• Experience presenting to senior leadership on complex matters
• Lockheed Martin Control Account Manager (CAM) certification
• Familiarity with Flight Sciences Engineering Tools and Processes
