Description:Lockheed Martin is searching for a Quality Analyst in
the Grand Prairie, TX factory.
What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limied to:
-Supports the PCB Microsection Lab
-Prepares Microsection Coupons for Analysis
-Ability to learn lab techniques with a Quality first attitude
- Evaluates conformance of manufactured electronic
components by way of destructive and non-
destructive testing.
- Development of quality plans and procedures in
accordance with customer requirements for
manufactured products.
- Ensures the conformance to company and regulatory
standards.
- Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on quality-
related data/metrics from production, service, supplier
or process improvement activities and analyzes using
statistical techniques.
- Interfaces as needed with manufacturing,
engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor
representatives to ensure process requirements are
met.
- Supports the development of disposition and
corrective actions for recurring product/process
discrepancies for both make and buy items. -
- Reviews completed assembly, process, test,
mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality
records to determine data accuracy, acceptability and
completeness.
- Manages the quality records control process to
assure adequate accountability and traceability. - -
Develops and maintains governing procedures related
to records control.
- Supports product acceptance and delivery per
established process.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education, with 3 years of professional experience; or
1 year of professional experience with a related
Masters degree, Considered experienced, but still a
learner.
Requires working knowledge and experience with
fabrication processes related to Printed Circuit Boards, Circuit Card Assemblies and/or Wire Harnesses.
Desired Skills:
Experience in the preparation and reading of Printed
Wire Board Coupons
Experience in Quality Acceptance related to Printed
Wire Boards
SAP and APRISO experience
Working familiarity with IPC-A-600, J-STD-001, and
MIL-STD-130 specifications
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
