Description:Lockheed Martin's Integrated Air and
Missile Defense (IAMD) line of business is hiring a Finance and Business Operations professional to support Sustainment efforts under Lower Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (LTIAMD) in Grand Prairie, TX. As a key member of the Financial Management Staff, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Financials Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Contract Status Reviews (CSR)
- Proposal Bid and Negotiations Strategies
- Providing Sound Business Advice to the
Program Management Leadership
- Business Case Analysis Evaluating Potential Opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills; both oral and written
- Ability to work with with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate ability to be a team player and build effective relationships in a cross-functional environment
- Experience with financial analysis
- Ability to work with complex data sets
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- High Business Acumen
- Financial Planning & Analysis Experience (FP&A)
- Proposal Capture Experience
- Defense Experience
- LMMFC Business Systems Experience (Oracle, SAP S4)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
