You will be the F-16 Production Electrical Liaison Engineer for the F-16 VIPER Block 70/72 Production team which is responsible for delivering high-performance aircraft to our customers.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Electrical Engineering preferred
• 1 year of engineering experience or no experience required with a related Masters degree
• Experience with reading and interpreting electrical drawings/schematics
• Experience with aircraft electrical and avionics systems
Desired Skills:
• F-16 Fighter Jet Engineering experience
• Experience with 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD); CATIA V5 preferred
• Experience with engineering drawing release
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-starter
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

You will be the F-16 Production Electrical Liaison Engineer for the F-16 VIPER Block 70/72 Production team which is responsible for delivering high-performance aircraft to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the F-16 Production Electrical Liaison Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring electrical assembly quality and continuity on the active F-16 production line.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide daily technical support for fabrication, sub-assembly, component assembly, and aircraft mate operations.
- Serve as the production-line liaison, coordinating with Design, Quality, Planning, Functional Test, and Flight Sciences.
- Utilize CATIA V5 to model electrical assemblies, investigate discrepancies, and support design modifications.
- Lead Material Review Board engineering investigations, develop technical solutions, and manage disposition releases.
- Drive process improvements on the floor and capture lessons learned for corrective action.
