Job Description
DCS is searching for a performance-driven Senior Software Engineer to support US Army programs. A focus on either Analytical, Financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. We're seeking individuals who are excited to take on meaningful challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of a fast-evolving mission space. This position will be supporting multiple locations.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Programming with 10 to 12 years as a software engineer within the DOD environment.
1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience. Additional 3 years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with DOD coding standards and technical design.
Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications.
Support and/or install software applications/operating systems.
Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Desired Skills:
Ability to obtain a secret clearance as needed.
