Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
Demonstrating mastery of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, force design methodologies, and long-range workforce planning principles; Working knowledge of Department of the Navy and Department of War programs, missions, and policies related to Total Force Manpower and Force Design; Understanding of Navy organizational and command structures; Executing enterprise-level manpower data calls and utilizing manpower systems.

- You will serve as a TFMMS Analyst and advisor to leadership on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the total force manpower program and the efficient use of manpower resources
- You will be responsible for the oversight and analysis of all aspects of an Activity Manpower Document.
- You will be responsible for the quantity and quality audit review of billets; coordinate action(s) with the activities, that are out-of-balance.
- You will organize and assemble manpower data to prepare manpower reports and presentations for supervisor, supported activities, or echelon I and II staffs.
