Civil Engineer, Senior
The Opportunity:
Provide civil engineering expertise in support of an operational level headquarters in the development of operational support force capabilities to enable agile operations employment for military clients. Provide coordination, monitoring, and guidance on engineering-specific theater requirements with other command theater units, adjunct services, and other agencies for the allocation, synchronization, and de-confliction of logistics resources. Support the development of Courses of Action, Concepts of Support, Plans of Action and Milestones, and integrated master schedules.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Provide coordination, monitoring, and guidance on engineering-specific theater requirements with other command theater units, adjunct services, and other agencies for the allocation, synchronization, and de-confliction of logistics resources. Support the development of Courses of Action, Concepts of Support, Plans of Action and Milestones, and integrated master schedules.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Staff level, division, Joint Headquarters Air Force, Major Command, Marines, or Air Component Headquarters
- Experience with implementing engineer components of budget ing, scheduling, coordination, tracking, and requirement specifications for construction efforts
- Experience with PACES cost estimating tools to produce government estimates, program projects, and compete for funding in Air Force corporate processes
- Ability to provide direction, interpretation, and adaptation on applicable guidelines, such as AFIs or UFC for project implementation
- Ability to use Sustainment Management systems (SMS) and AFI's, apply asset management principles, perform economic analysis, and coordinate with the installation facilities board
- Ability to coordinate engineering-specific theater requirements with command units, services, and agencies to synchronize and de-conflict resources
- Ability to interface with host nation counterparts on construction requirements, environmental clearances, permitting, and approvals
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working cross-functionally using teamwork and collaboration across departments and commands
- Experience with agile combat operations and concepts, including Agile Combat Employment ( ACE ) initiative, site survey, infrastructure improvement, and prepositioning concepts across the AOR
- Ability to brief senior military leaders
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
- Professional Engineer Certification
