Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Functions as a Management Analyst with intermediate knowledge of management systems techniques, processes and technology that will optimize program operations.
- Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
- Analyzes administrative processes and/or office programs.
- Writes reports, letters, and other documents with recommendations for management programs, policies and activities.
- Assists with the development of new or revised management systems or procedures to facilitate the operation of programs within established guidelines.
- Performs administrative and financial analysis.
- Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis.
- Prepares various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports.
- Provides day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Must possess a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred, together with nine (9) years of relevant experience.
- Two (2) years as a Management Analyst II or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies in order to analyze and assemble information; and advanced knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems and procedures to perform analytical studies.
- Experience working in a government capacity preferred.
- Secret Clearance is required.
- Due to the nature of work at the client's site, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills:
- Must possess excellent command of the English language and excellent writing skills.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Advanced knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques in order to plan, schedule and carry out studies and analyses of management functions or programs.
- Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies in order to analyze and assemble information; and advanced knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems and procedures to perform analytical studies.

Working Conditions
- Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
