Help
- You will configure, triage, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware, software, printing, multifunction devices, telephone systems, and wireless devices.
- You will maintain customer hardware by performing required repairs, software patches, and/or updates.
- You will ensure users have rights to access network systems and resources based on their roles, responsibilities, and the principle of least privilege.
- You will track, manage, and report equipment inventories, life cycle management of hardware, software, and equipment disposal.
- You will prevent access to sensitive information.
- You will facilitate annual Information Assurance awareness training as part of broader training initiatives.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- I have successfully completed master's or equivalent graduate degree with a major study in computer science, information science, information systems management, mathematics, statistics, operations research, or engineering, or course work that required the development or adaptation of computer programs and systems and provided knowledge equivalent to a major in the computer field.
- I have successfully completed 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree with a major study in computer science, information science, information systems management, mathematics, statistics, operations research, or engineering, or course work that required the development or adaptation of computer programs and systems and provided knowledge equivalent to a major in the computer field
