Job Title: Senior Analyst

Location: On-site - Patuxent River (Pax River), Maryland

Position Overview

Futron Incorporated is seeking a qualified Senior Analyst to provide facility coordination, analytical support, and program management services in support of mission-critical operations. This role is responsible for leading analytical efforts, coordinating facility-related activities, managing space and furniture requests, and supporting operational workflows through data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience supporting facility management operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing complex requests in fast-paced government or Department of Defense environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide facility coordination and facility-related analytical support services
  • Ensure proper coordination and monitoring of work requests, maintenance and repair efforts, service requirements, and logistics services
  • Maintain and verify facility management databases within the IBONS system
  • Provide meeting support including scheduling, organizing, requirement gathering, and note-taking both within and outside the program office
  • Notify project managers and functional leads when work requests or related efforts require program office action
  • Apply analytical methodologies and principles when preparing reports, briefs, and recommendations
  • Evaluate project objectives and support implementation of strategic direction
  • Perform analyst functions including data collection, data modeling, data management, and development of performance measurements
  • Develop and provide weekly reports for induction of new work requests
Furniture & Space Management Responsibilities
  • Manage the Furniture Module within IBONS for new and used furniture requests
  • Schedule site visits to support furniture team reviews and assessments
  • Provide weekly reporting on used furniture requests and new furniture requests
  • Coordinate with the CADD team for drawings related to furniture and space requests
  • Manage the Space Module within IBONS for space requests and tracking
  • Provide weekly reports for review and processing of space requests
  • Coordinate personnel moves between spaces while ensuring funding availability
  • Meet with customers to capture detailed space requirements, including offices, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, classified/unclassified areas, and seating arrangements
IBONS & P-Card Support
  • Communicate with IBONS developers regarding system enhancements and usability improvements for the Space, Work Request, Furniture, and Purchase Card modules
  • Validate requested system changes within the IBONS Test environment prior to implementation in the production environment
  • Co-manage the Purchase Card (P-Card) Module
  • Ensure all construction-related P-Card transactions are linked to appropriate work requests
  • Perform data entry and management within the P-Card module
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting high-visibility or mission-critical programs
  • Experience with facility coordination, space management, logistics support, or operational analysis
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project coordination skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience managing databases, reporting tools, and workflow tracking systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education Substitutions
  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 additional years of relevant work experience may substitute for a master's degree
  • 10 additional years of relevant work experience may substitute for a master's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government programs
  • Familiarity with IBONS, facility management systems, or space management platforms
  • Experience coordinating with CADD or facilities planning teams
  • Knowledge of purchase card (P-Card) processes and tracking requirements
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings and reports
