Job Description

Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Scheduler to support the NASA Human Landing System (HLS) program under the CPSS contract at the Marshall Space Flight Center. This role provides advanced expertise in developing, managing, analyzing, and coordinating technical schedules across large-scale NASA programs. Within the HLS Program Planning and Control (PP&C) Office, the Senior Integrated Scheduler will work in concert with the HLS Schedule Integration Lead and Schedule Function Lead to implement the HLS Schedule Management Plan, support integration of schedule data across HLS offices, analyze external provider schedules, and develop reporting products for internal and external stakeholders. The role supports program-level schedule insight by maintaining schedule data integrity, performing schedule health and risk analysis, identifying integration issues requiring leadership attention, and developing clear reporting products that support decision-making across the program.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Schedule Development & Management: Provide expert schedule support for NASA HLS program, including the creation, integration, maintenance, and distribution of Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) across multidisciplinary teams. Develop, maintain, status, analyze, and report HLS office and external industry partner schedules in alignment with the HLS Schedule Management Plan.
. Schedule Integration & Data Quality: Support integration of schedule data across HLS offices, partner schedules, and external interfaces. Identify schedule data gaps, logic concerns, interface issues, and integration risks for review with the Schedule Integration Lead and Schedule Function Lead.
. Scheduling Tools & Reporting: Support implementation and management of integrated scheduling tools, analytics, and reporting products. Provide guidance to project control personnel and stakeholders on schedule tool use, reporting inputs, and data consistency.
. Analysis & Assessment: Conduct schedule health assessments, probabilistic schedule risk analyses, and schedule performance reviews. Assess schedule logic, critical and driving paths, float, constraints, sequencing, and integration points. Develop and analyze schedule recovery options, mitigation strategies, and alternative execution paths as required.
. Reporting: Support program reviews; prepare charts, tables, graphs, reporting metrics, and presentation materials. Provide schedule support and input to coordinate reporting products for stakeholders at various levels.
. Collaboration & Mentoring: Collaborate with personnel across NASA centers and industry partners on scheduling-related matters. Mentor junior scheduling team members to strengthen organizational capability.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Education: BS/BA
. Experience: 17 years of applicable work experience, including a minimum of 10 years of hands-on Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling experience with logic-driven network scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk analysis.
. Scheduling Tools: Extensive experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Milestones Professional, and analytical tools such as Acumen Fuse.
. Analytical Skills: Proven expertise in probabilistic schedule risk assessment, schedule health methodologies, and performance measurement techniques. Ability to assess schedule logic, forecast schedule impacts, and support data-driven schedule reporting and visualization products as part of a business team.
. Standards & EVM Knowledge: Strong understanding of schedule health metrics, DCMA 14 Point Assessments, and EIA-748 Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
. Soft Skills: Resourceful and self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated logical reasoning. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team/group environment with diverse technical and programmatic stakeholders.

Highly Desired Qualifications
. Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of NASA or aerospace experience, specifically involving space, ground, and launch operations/processes.
. Additional Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with Primavera P6, OnePager Professional, Full Monte, SSI Tools, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and SharePoint.
. Project Management: Understanding of project life cycles, including technical development and deployment. Experience with project management methodologies, budget/schedule integration, and project management software.
. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related certifications. Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) is a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $198,400.00.
