We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our program on US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) - IT Operations program.
The Enterprise Architect shall provide Enterprise Architecture support to ensure DFC OIT systems and services are designed and implemented in alignment with approved architectural principles, standards, and roadmaps. Engineering Services shall support the development of current-state and future-state architectures. This will include the building and maintenance of test and development (ie sub-production) environments, which will be used for configuration and feature testing across the DFC OIT environments

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $$150,000-$170,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Experienced in Systems Administration of a complex Microsoft Azure M365 cloud infrastructure to include M365 SaaS services (Exchange, ADFS, Teams Telephony, etc.), IaaS, and PaaS services.
- Experienced in providing solution architecture in Active Directory Support, account management, GPO management.
- Experience designing and governing enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure and M365 environments
- The Enterprise Architect shall have at the time of award and be capable of maintaining a Secret clearance due to potential interaction with classified architecture components and enterprise integration planning
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years relevant experience or 15+ years relevant experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level technical leadership

- Advise the Government on technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities
- Provide recommendations for Government consideration
- Support development and maintenance of logical and physical architecture diagrams (for all environments, production & sub-production), with periodic updates to support annual system assessments
- Define and govern enterprise architecture strategy across hybrid infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, and security domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient platforms spanning on-premises and cloud environments, including server lifecycle management, virtualization (Nutanix), and Windows Server ecosystems.
- Lead hybrid cloud and identity architecture, including Azure AD, Okta, SSO (SAML), and Zero Trust integration with platforms such as Zscaler.
- Establish enterprise security architecture in partnership with CISO/ISSO, driving vulnerability management (Nessus), patching, system hardening, and risk mitigation within SLAs.
- Design and standardize endpoint and digital workplace solutions, including Intune, MDT imaging, software deployment (BigFix/GPO), and compliance with Common Operating Environment standards.
- Oversee data center transformation and cloud migration initiatives, including large-scale data moves, system validation, and continuity across development, test, and production environments.
- Provide technical leadership, escalation support, and stakeholder collaboration while driving operational excellence through automation, documentation (SOPs), and continuous improvement.

- Identify and propose solutions for architectural risks, gaps, and technical debt
