The Configuration and Data Manager will oversee program documentation, manage SharePoint organization and permissions, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work products. The individual will serve as a central hub for documentation management, team facilitation, and process enhancement activities, aligning them with productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in project management tools and techniques while ensuring adherence to contract requirements and project benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
SharePoint/Teams Administration:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint Online Repository and Teams Site in a user-friendly and structured manner, including the definition and management of user permissions.
- Implement and maintain version control for all documentation stored in SharePoint.
- Ensure proper cataloging, classification, and retrieval of documentation for accessibility and usability.
Program Documentation Management:
- Organize and maintain program documentation on the SharePoint site in alignment with established standards and best practices.
- Support the preparation, review, and update of program work products such as briefings, agendas, meeting minutes, monthly status reports, etc.
- Ensure all documents adhere to editorial, graphical, formatting, style, and naming standards.
- Conduct periodic audits to maintain the integrity and compliance of program artifacts against organizational and contractual requirements.
Collaboration Facilitation:
- Schedule, host, and manage cross-team collaboration meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas, manage participation, and document and distribute meeting minutes to ensure clear communication.
Process and Quality Enhancements:
- Collaborate with technical leadership teams to update and maintain accurate, comprehensive process and procedure documentation.
- Develop, document, and implement quality measures and process workflows to enhance team performance and streamline project activities.
- Create and maintain robust tracking systems for monitoring action items, milestones, and other key deliverables.
- Perform periodic audits on project-related processes to identify and address areas for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between project managers, project team members, and stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor budgets and schedules to ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Assess project issues; develop and implement resolutions to address productivity, quality, and client satisfaction concerns.
- Define and implement project planning techniques to ensure visibility and streamline contract execution.
Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor's and three (3) years or more experience; six (6) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Required Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and other standard computer applications.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online permissions and site administration.
- Familiarity with conferencing tools (Teams).
- The successful candidate should be detailed oriented, highly organized, and capable of working in a challenging environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must also be able to interface with team members from different technical disciplines in a professional manner.
- Ability to respond to and execute direction with minimal supervision, and display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner.
