Role: Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote (must be on East or Central Time zone)
Duration: Contract (long term)
Citizenship: USC with Active Top Secret Clearance
Rate: $ 55 an hour (some flex)

5+ years of experience with a Bachelors’ Degree
The Developer will perform advanced Power Platform development work, designing, building, and maintaining robust solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. This individual will work closely with government stakeholders to analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet mission objectives. They will be responsible for translating functional requirements into technical designs, developing dashboards and applications, integrating workflows with external systems, and ensuring successful implementation, testing, and deployment. The right candidate operates with a high degree of independence, collaborating across technical and business teams to resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity, usability, and compliance with government standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis of requirements to identify appropriate Power Platform solutions.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and workshops with government stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements.
Analyze and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes and functional specifications.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in requirements and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them.
Design, develop, and customize Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively.
Build Power Apps solutions that address specific government processes, incorporating intuitive user interfaces and seamless data integration.
Design and develop SharePoint pages, templates, and sites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any other approved programming language.
Build SP list and library forms using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Develop and customize document libraries using content types and site columns.
Integrate SharePoint workflows with external systems and data sources to automate data retrieval and updates.
Conduct testing and debugging of workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Power Platform (BI/APPS/Automate) administration and development.
Clearance: Top Secret Security Clearance required to start. Must be eligible for or have SCI
Specific tools/experience areas: Power BI Desktop application, SharePoint Online, Power Query Editor, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Data Modeling and Relationships, Custom Visualizations, Data Source Connectivity, and Performance Optimization.
Recommended Certifications (Current): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Certified Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
Education level: Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a US Department of Education accredited University is required.
