Cyber Engineer

Summary
As Cyber Engineer, you will be supporting the Integration of the Tranche 3 constellation, which includes hundreds of satellites accomplishing multiple mission areas including missile warning, tracking and defense and tactical communications to warfighters. You will work with the SDA, space vehicle contractors, and ground segment contractors to ensure the architecture, requirements, implementation, integration and testing are executed successfully.
Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor's degree with six or more years' experience supporting an IT Enterprise environment in a cyber, system administration, engineering or management capacity
Experience with Cyber controls for Cloud-based ground systems including HAIPE encryption
Requires experience with DoD's Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include at least two years performing A&A responsibilities including policy implementation, control testing, POA&M management, and Configuration Management
Experience using MS office tools such as Excel, Word and Visio; working with DoD tools such as eMASS; working with security engineers to review compliance scans; and performing cybersecurity assessments using standards such as CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIGS, etc.
Broad technical experience related to IT operations, networks, OS's, and system administration
Knowledge base in Information Security / Information Assurance / Cybersecurity analysis supporting systems, networks, applications, and cross-domain solutions
Holds CISSP or equivalent certification
Extensive knowledge and experience DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST Special Publications, and the DoD Cybersecurity Test & Evaluation Guidebook.
Additional experience relevant to T3PI:
Confluence/Jira tool experience for work planning, tracking, and reporting
Cyber Requirements management
Experience coordinating with DCSA
Experience with MRAP-C, CVI, and ACD testing and reporting
The core responsibilities of T3PI Cyber are to:
Facilitate: Act as the liaison between system vendors and government A&A authorities, helping vendors navigate the SDA-defined path to ATO.
Integrate: Consolidate cybersecurity activities and status reports from all vendors into a single, program-level view.
Track: Capture system-level risk data, monitor bi-weekly progress in the SDA-approved eMASS system, and track deliverables against the Integrated Master Schedule.
Coordinate: Synchronize vendor participation in the three government-mandated cybersecurity testing events.
